Becoming a verified User

User Identity Verification is a security measure that verifies that you are who you say you are. To encourage and maintain trust between users on the platform, you will need to confirm your identity with Namdeal in order to be a Verified User.

You will be asked to provide a photo of a valid official government issued identification document, such as your ID card, Driver’s License or Passport. This requirement applies to individuals, not companies, brands, or organizations.

You will see the status of your Verification on your User Profile section:

Step 1:

Login and navigate to your account

Step 2:

Click on Become Verified

Step 3:

follow the on-screen instructions

Step 4:

You will be notified once your Identity has been verified and your Account Status will turn green, indicating that you are now a verified User
